随着中国造船业的蓬勃发展，中国的船舶配套产业日臻完善，很多国产船用材料及船用设备已赶上或超过国际竞争对手，在中国的船舶配套市场占据越来越多的份额。“中国制造”已日益成为普遍接受的品牌。

为了顺应形势发展，香港海翰集团于2006年在上海外高桥保税区成立了全资子公司——上海兆翔船舶设备贸易有限公司，具有独立的进出口资质，主要从事国内贸易及进出口贸易。成立以来，兆翔公司在国内部分优秀厂家支持下，不仅成功地将“中国制造”的产品配套提供给国内大中船厂，获得船厂客户及船东的认可和好评，还将所代理的部分拥有世界各大船级社认可的“中国制造”产品成功销往越南丶印度及韩国等船舶市场，为中国产品走向世界作出贡献。

Along with the booming of shipbuilding industry in China, the shipbuilding industry is also developing rapidly. Many marine materials and equipments are produced by China manufacturers have already caught up with or have surpassed those by international competitors. “Made in China” has occupied a larger share in the shipbuilding market. “Made in China” has become a widely recognized brand around the world.

In order to adapt to the situation and trend, Infinitus Holdings Limited Has incorporated its subsidiary, Shanghai Megawin Marine Trading Co. Ltd. (“Megawin”), located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in 2006. Megawin is accredited for import and export. The company carries out domestic trade as well as international trade. Since incorporation, Megawin, with the support from those outstanding domestic manufacturers, has successfully delivered their “Made in China” products to major shipyards across China and received their high reputation. Moreover, the company has also successfully distributed the “Made in China” products to other shipbuilding markets, such as Vietnam, India and Korea. By doing so, the company contributes to the global marketing of Chinese products.

All these products verified by the bureaus of shipping internationally such as CCS(China), LR(Britain), GL(Germany), BV(France), ABS(U.S.), DNV(Norway), RINA(Italy) and NK(Japan).
